TIPAFOAM 300 is an anionic surfactant used in water-free bath preparations with a high content of oils. It can improve foam volume and emulsify vegetable oil's resulting in clear products.
Its combination with polar vegetable oils such as castor oil results in clear products, independent of the mixing ratio. Less polar oils, e.g. olive or sunflower oil, as well as paraffin oil, require the addition of a co-emulsifier to get clear results.
It is especially suitable for the formulation of bath oils for atopic skin, gentle body wash for children, facial cleansing oils and other various cleansing products.
