Pricing: Cosmetic Formulator Depot reserves the right to update product prices at any
time and for any reason. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for inflation and exchange rates which may affect prices on the website.

Order Turnaround: Please note our lead time for processing orders is 2-7
business days, not including weekends, holidays, or sale events. Large or bulk
orders without a forecast may be subject to longer lead times.

Order Cancellations: Order cancellations are allowed within 3hours of placement. Client will be refunded the order amount with bank charges deducted. No cancellations will be
accepted after order has been shipped

Returns: Raw material products are very sensitive and may not be returned. Should we omit an item in your order kindly notify us within 6hours of delivery, we will refund the cost or send a replacement of that item to you on notification of the shortage.

Special Promotions: From time to time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time. This could be based on various reasons including bulk discounts that we negotiated with our vendors or clearance discounts on discontinued items.

User Agreement: Customers should purchase products from us with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own
discretion. Cosmetic Formulator Depot shall not be held responsible for any
damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.

Delivery: We offer four types
of delivery methods which are:

• GIG Logistics, which offers doorstep delivery to selected locations and terminal pick up in all states that they cover.
• GUO Logistics which offers 
  terminal pick up only
• NURTW Park Logistics
• Local Pick Up which
  is available from 11am to 4pm, Monday to Friday only.

Clients who choose GUO or NURTW Logistics will be informed of the shipping cost and make payment for same offline. Kindly note that orders cannot be amended after selecting any of these delivery
methods.

We do not accept the
use of customer’s shipping account. If you would like to use your account
kindly select the Local Pick Up option.
