Cetrimonium Chloride is a liquid quaternary cationic conditioner. AN excellent conditioner with anti-static, anti-frizz and detangling properties. It is specifically effective for softening coarse hair and has mild anti-microbial properties. It has excellent compatibility with non-ionic and cationic surfactants and most polar solvents.
